Bio

Kristina LoggiaKristina Loggia was born and raised in New York City. She graduated Sarah Lawrence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Over the next few years, she followed in the tradition of her family and studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York City and in Los Angeles. In 1988, while at the Adler Conservatory she was inspired by a guest lecturer to follow a childhood dream of being photographer. That spring she traveled to El Salvador as a photographer with the Witness to Peace program. Her goal to capture life through the lens of a camera rather than to portray it on a stage was solidified while in Salvador. Since then Kristina has continued to work as a photographer. Kristina’s work has appeared in many magazines including TIME, SPIN, DETOUR, ESPN, FORTUNE and INC. Kristina has won numerous awards for her work. In addition, her work has been acquired by several personal art collectors.
